CANCELLATION POLICY

At Mia of Margate, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans may change. However, to ensure protection of our small business and fairness to our stylists and other clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

• Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 30% cancellation fee based on the scheduled service price.

• No-shows could be subject to a 50% cancellation fee and will not be able to make a further appointment until this is paid.

This policy helps us accommodate all clients effectively and respect the time of our dedicated staff. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
